At ASC we provide referee opportunities for community youth (ages 12+) during our spring and fall leagues.
ASC Referees earn $20/hour and training and equipment is provided. Soccer reffing is a great way to develop leadership skills, build confidence, and serve as
a role model while helping players stay safe and learn the rules of the game!
No prior experience is required — just a great attitude, good communication, and a desire to learn and take initiative.
