At ASC we provide referee opportunities for community youth (ages 12+) during our soccer leagues. No experience is required!
Referee pay starts at $15/hour and we provide all the necessary training and equipment.
Soccer reffing is a great way to develop leadership skills, build confidence and serve as a role model, all while helping players stay safe and learn the rules of the game!
Requirements:
- Great attitude and a desire to learn
- A willingness to take initiative and enforce the rules
- Reliable attendance and communication
- Enthusiastic and ready to grow!
