At ASC, we depend heavily on parent volunteers and also provide opportunities for paid coaches — experience is preferred but not required!
ASC will provide session plans, equipment, and ongoing support

Requirements:
- Positive attitude, and a willingness to be silly and help kids have fun while learning
- Must have good communication skills and be dependable
- Ability to organize activities, exercise patience, and follow the Code of Conduct
- Meet the requirements of Minnesota Youth Soccer Association:
1. Background Check
2. Concussion Training
3. SafeSport Training
Head coaches receive a 100% rebate and assistant coaches receive a 50% rebate at the end of the season.
